Hmm... on that "Marta" pic, the skin (as well as the dress) looks clearly more blue than green to me:

Actually, the photo does look blue, but the video is definitely green. As far as the hairstyle goes, that episode WAS filmed in the mid 1960s and to young adult male (at the time) it was very provocative. I suspect that without the green paint that scene could have been considered mild pornography.
