how do you sync contacts with mobile and computer?

I have 300 contacts (.vcf format) in a folder. and i am looking for a way to sync those contacts to Kontacts first and later to mobile.

but i am totally clueless how to do that.
to sync contacts one by one with Kontacts is stupidity.. isn't their any better way..

bTw.. i have sony ericsson w810i and Nokia 5800 music express.

Re: how do you sync contacts with mobile and computer?

regarding syncing those 300 odd contacts to Kontact turns out to be a piece of cake..
all i had to do was goto: File->Import->Import vCard
there instead of clicking on single name just do Ctrl + A i.e. select all contacts and hit import.. and it is done

Now about the second part.. ie syncing Kontacts with mobile:
thanks toad, i followed the link you suggested..
but it is much to read.. and frankly i am not getting where to start with..
OpenSync is successor of MultiSync.. this is the only part i could get when i visited that website
isn't there any userfriendly (one which has GUI) application.
