    Open Office 3 and Firefox

Maybe a bug, but maybe not.

When I'm in Open Office Presenter and click on a hyperlink, Konqueror is launched to chase the URL. While that is happening, and while Konqueror is up, Open Office is unusable. It isn't until I kill the browser that there is a message from OO stating I don't have a browser selected in desktop preferences (yet it launched Konqueror). OO is fine after I kill Konqueror. Firefox is my browser of choice. How do I tell OO to only use Firefox and NOT launch Konqueror by default? Is the desktop preference reference in the message KDE specific? I thought I changed it in the system preferences, but this may be OO specific.

    Cheers

Oo specific I'd bet. Check the preference settings in Oo.

      Snowhog, thanks for the response.

I checked the options available in Oo, but web browser selection isn't one of them (at least not from what I can find). Within KDE, I selected firefox for my default web browser application, but that doesn't seem to work from within Oo.
