Icons in Kicker don't automatically resize anymore

Hi everybody and thanks in advance for your support!

I currently have a problem with icons in kicker panel... they suddently stop resizing when changing the panel size... take a look to this screenshot...



I restarted KDE more times and I even rebooted my PC but the problem is always there. As I'm a newbie I don't know how to fix this problem, can you please help me??
