Hello I have start a project and just wanted to let people know about since I know there has been talk about fluxbox and ubuntu, and it seems alot of people are interested in them both.

Fluxbuntu is a Ubuntu-based derivative that uses FluxBox as the desktop environment. It is lightweight, swift and efficient. These features makes Fluxbuntu suitable for vast range of computers, from low-end to high-end.

I hate to do this to you, but there is already a version in the works. It is called 'Fubuntu' and the spec can be locaed on the launchpad. Not saying anything about your ideas and what not, but just to show you how great FLOSS really is. You can do it, and make it better then the next guy. I will say though, it seems as if you really have a jump on competition from what I could tell. Best of luck to you, and make sure you let us know when it is done, as I would be glad to test it out for you. I am a long time Fluxbox lover!!!

He could also try to help out the fubuntu project. In that way the two projects wouldn't need to reinvent the wheel twice and the work could also be done quicker.
