Installation don't ask for root password?

Hey people, how do you do?

Please, would anyone tell me how get the root pwd?

I've installed Kubuntu a few days ago. The installation don't ask for a root password, only for an user and a password.
But now, when I want to change any parameter, it needs the root password!!
Is there any parameter to include in the installation process, so the process ask for a root password?
I would to change the check of the data of the system from internet...
    Regards to all

The password of the first user that you created during installation is the password of the administrator. The root account/user has been disabled by default in Ubuntu/Kubuntu.
