(FIXED) kipi-plugin 0.2.0

i can not find kipi plugin 0.2.0 in the digikam repo for kde 4.2 win i use the package man it list kipi plugin for kde 3.5.x and digikam 0.9.4 and showfoto 0.9.4 i have add the repo for kde 4.x digikam

Its not in Intrepid, but will be available in Jaunty

There is a repo done by a kubuntu dev

if you want to check it out

digikam/kipi are kind of separate from KDE development, as is Koffice so a new release of KDE does not necessarily get us a new digikam/kipi

btw, the latest versions are great!

A quick word of warning though......

The last time I tried the new digikam there was a function in the old kipi plugins that was not in the new version - mpeg slideshow creation. It stopped me from going the whole hog and I reverted to digikam 0.94.

If that function is important to you, I would hold off. I'm told that it will be a couple of months for it to return.
