Posting System status

Good day -

I am trying to get my Hardy system to post it's status to my twitter account.
I followed Directions located here.

Does not work -
I think that it may be something about the script - using the bash shell?
Any suggestions?

Obviously - I have curl installed -
also set the script to 744 so that it is executable.
setup the cron using KCron to make doubly sure the syntax was correct.
