digikam (FIXED) (Update) do to no digikam for kde4 in kubuntu 8.10

do any know where a can find digikam for kde4.1.x in a deb package that work with kubuntu 8.10

Digikam is available through Universe repos. To install, type at konsole:

sudo apt-get install digikam

If the above command returns error "package digikam not found", then goto Kicker->Applications->System->Adept Manager->Sources->Edit Software Sources and enable (check) the universe sources. After enabling, try the above command again.

If I comprehend correctly, you want to install it using the package manager UI? To do so, after adding the sources, let the package manager update the source list/db. After it's done downloading from the newly added sources, click Search and type in digikam. Click on digikam on right column and check the "Install this package" checkbox.

What did you do exactly?
As advised by Rog131, edit your Software Sources, click on "Third Party Software" and click add, and add these lines (one at a time):

deb [url]http://ppa.launchpad.net/notz/ubuntu[/url] intrepid main
deb-src [url]http://ppa.launchpad.net/notz/ubuntu[/url] intrepid main

After adding and reloading the list, install digicam using the package manager/apt-get from CLI.

Well, looks like digikam-kde4 was deleted from intrepid release:

It will be available for KDE 4.2
