Now that 8.10 has been released and with great success shouldn't the wording "under development" be removed from the sub-forum. Same with information "expect to have to deal with bugs and breakages".

*** wildly off topic ***
assett is on a roll, the Spuds got two goals in the last couple of minutes against the Arse - I don't think I'll ever forgive 'arry for that, traitor.
Me, I'm West Ham, so expect plenty of breakages (not just Kieron Dyer's legs or Ashton's ankle), bugs (what, we've still got players that are fit? Not for long, mate...) and what have you.
Anyway, good to see you lot on the up again, although my worst every footballing experience was on Boxing Day at White Heart Lane many, many moons ago (when I could still afford going to footy)...

Re: Misleading Sub forum Title 8.10 Itrepid Ibex
The directions to upgrade from 8.04 to 8.10 on the download page are incorrect: Upgrading from 8.04
To upgrade from Kubuntu 8.04, press Alt+F2 and type in kdesudo "adept_manager --dist-upgrade" (including quotes) into the command box. Adept should open up and offer a Version Upgrade button. Click Version Upgrade and follow the on-screen instructions.
This doesn't work. All you get is command not found. I tried numerous variations -- apparently it doesn't like "adept-manager." I even tried apt-get dist-upgrade which yielded "0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 removed and 0 not upgraded."
