Is there anyone of you, who knows a source where to buy Kubuntu preinstalled notebooks or at least come close to that?

http://www.system76.com will sell you Ubuntu-preinstalled laptops. Just do

sudo aptitude update
sudo aptitude install kubuntu-desktop

and you will have Kubuntu installed as well.
