Buying a computer with linux (in Europe)

I have just moved to Spain and am looking to buy a midrange desktop (among other things as an always on skype phone for calling home). I'd like if possible to get something with linux (it's not essential to me but it just seems a bit silly to buy a copy of windows I'll never use). Does anyone know of some good websites (or even a store in Madrid) for this?

Note: Unfortunately Dell only offer ubuntu on laptops here.

although it looks like it would probably be cheaper to buy from their US outlet (.com) and just get it shipped over given the current exchange rates.
