Would these happen to be the non-RC 8.04?

I'm finally getting around to ditching M$ for good, and a friend recommended Kubuntu. Having dabbled with 6.06 before, I readily went straight to get it, but upon finding out that a full release of 8.04 was just around the corner, I decided to wait for a few days.

After sniffing around for a while, I got the idea that the new release would be about now, and I'm really itching to get started. So, while I haven't seen any announcements yet, I headed to my local downloads section and found these:

I don't see RC on any of these files, and they've all been updated very recently (~24 hours ago)... so am I right in guessing that these are the real thing uploaded a little bit early?

I am downloading it now via BT, are they the final versions? It would be cool if they were I was expecting to have to wait longer
