    Virtual Box

OK. I was asked about the default Screen Resolution for VirtualBox being "stuck" @ 800x600. I erroneously stated that it appeared that it can't be changed or at least I've never found anything stating to the contrary. Well, with a little more digging, I found that Innotek does supply this file "/usr/share/virtualbox/VBoxGuestAdditions.iso". It is to be used inside the virtual machince while running mounted as a CDROM thought the VirtualBox Disk Management system. Using this and following the directions in their Help File(CH. 4 /Section 4 - whatever they designated as) should allow one to change the screen resolution higher. I'm not at my test machine to further test this, but I believe this will get it.

Actually I can't wait. Testing KDE4 at 800x600 has been a real downer.

    Well, DUHHHHHHH!

I'm testing it at 1600x1200, on a Samsung SyncMaster 1100 -- that's what you need to do to appreciate the fine points! 8)

Like I said, I can't wait to try this "Guest Additions". That will make me like VitualBox that much more.

Yes, you should see me trying to guess where those Apply, Close, OK, etc., etc. buttons are located
