Where do I put Cscope_maps for Vim?

Hello. I'm trying to figure out how to use Cscope in Vim. According to this tutorial:

I should put the cscope.maps.vim file in the $HOME/.vim/plugin directory. Well, that's for Vim version 6. I have version 7. But another tutorial:

Says the same thing for version 7. Well, I can't find a /.vim/plugin directory anywhere on my machine. Do I just create one? Where?
