Installing older versions of apache, php, mysql, etc

I am setting a virtual machine to mimic my hosting company so I can do development when I don't have internet access. I understand how to get the latest and greatest versions of each of these but I would like to do the older ones. I am trying to install the following if anyone could help me find and install these packages so I don't have to resort to installing from source that would be great.

The packages are
Apache 1.3.37
PHP 5.2.1
Perl 5.8.7
MySQL 5.0.27-standard

and any of the packages that make these work together.
