So we all know and love (or hate) the little bouncing icon by the mouse cursor when we open an app. My question why is it that sometimes it continues to bounce for quite a long time after the app was opened? Any suggestions on how to fix this, or even how to disable the bounce?
Also have a similar problem where a second "phantom" window will appear beneath my newly opened one and it has the hour glass going for awhile even though the windows I intended to open was open and happy long ago. Any fixes for this?
