Hiya!
I know is the least of anyone's concern... but just wondering.
I got the Drempels screensaver many moons ago when I first got a Win95 machine and I have loved it ever since.
Anyone seen it for Linux? They have provided the source code...

If I knew how to make it work, I would do it myself... hmm.
The effects of the screensaver is very lovely, but it is basically a set of images that get swirled, twirled, zoom in, zoom out, look as if it is no longer a flat image, but sort of like a blanket laid over curves... then there is the blending from one image to another (seemingly selected randomly, since removing images does not effect how it functions.)
Hard to describe, but there is an animated screenshot on the web site, it will give you the idea (sorta) of what it does. They chose a bad image to use as the gif, very flat and well... gray, plus not long enough to really show off all of it's moves.
Thanks for your time!

With me knowing nothing about anything remotely close to code, system structure and what not... um... how hard would it be?
