    Crazy Fedora 8 Background

Check out this new feature from Fedora 8:
A screen background that changes colors subtly as the day progresses, offering darker images at midnight, perking up as dawn approaches, and becoming bright blue mid-day.

    Craziness!

So ... what, you've gotta stay up 24 hours to make sure it's working? That's worse than Compiz!

I prefer the "Watching mold grow" screen saver!

believe it or not, I would find that feature useful, if it also darkened the windeco, etc as well. My computer is in the bedroom, and at night, the screen brightness can be a bit of a problem for my Better Half, sometimes I switch do a darker setup to alleviate this.
