Resolution or driver problem

I installed the latest version of Ubuntu Server and then the Kubuntu-Desktop package, everything was working fine untill some updates found and installed, after that the screen resolution is 640x480 and there no other option. I think maybe is card driver problem, how i can find what card i have and how i can install drivers?

why dont you run in the konsole:
sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg
