I have multiple sound devices. One is a pci sound card and the other is a usb webcam that has a mic with it.
On startup, I find that the usb deivce is selected as the primary audio device. Therefore, KDE fails to start its aRts server for sound. From kmix, I am able to select the pci device but that does not cause the audio to work.
How do I ensure that on startup the pci card is selected as the primary audi device?
