kubuntu dapper: gstreamer

I've installed flight cd3, and dist-upgraded, but apparently I have gstreamer0.8 installed instead of 0.10. I thought 0.10 was installed as default in kubuntu. Any ideas?

in my amarok's configuration it sais that gstreamer is version 1, suppose 1.0 but in the repositories many plug-ins are still 0.8. Check out the repositories if your gstreamer is upgradable or perhaps you've looked at some plug-in version 0.8 and that's where the confusion comes from.
