How do i get System Menu and Settings in my Kmenu. Ive been trying to figure it out but im kinda lost.

Right-click on the K Menu icon -> Panel menu -> Configure Panel -> Menus options -> and under the Optional menus selection, check the System Menu and Settings options. -
