Lookin For Good K-Menu and Dock

    Hey all...

Looking to try out a different K-Menu and some sort of a Dock (similar to a Mac Desktop). Can anyone suggest any good ones on the KDE-Look site (or others)?

Currently I'm not using a Dock and I had thought that one would be available in the Adept Installer - but I don't really know where it would be located and searching for things like "Application Dock" didn't turn anything up.

Anyhew, just looking to spice it up a bit and try some different features. Thanks all!

If you want to change Kmenu themes & change Kmenu start button try KBFX. You can install it through Adept.

Kooldock, KXDocker, KSmoothdock, and Kiba-dock (not a KDE app, despite the name) are all OS X dock-types. The first two are available from the repositories.

          Tastymenu:

is a nice alernative to the default K menu.

It is in the repos and you can get it on your panel by right clicking on your panel -> add applet->tastymenu. There are lots of configs to play with as well.
