I have been looking on the Ubuntu website at the training section and I have been wondering will there be a Training course in England (Preferably Manchester) because I would like to go on one and if so how much will it be.

I'd suggest getting in direct contact with Canonical. The Ubuntu website talks about training opportunities in Canada, Germany, Russia, and the U.S, but says nothing about the U.K.
