    Keyboard Disabled

I have a friend who has some sort of virus on his system that has disabled his keyboard. When the boots in safe mode everything is OK, but via normal loggin the keyboard is disabled.

He suspects it came via email.

    Anyone got any suggestions.

    Thanks

One critical question which may explain the problem. Does your friend use Kubuntu Linux?

Is he using Linux or Windows? I don't think you can get a virus on Linux that easily. If he's using Windows, then tell him to download Spybot Search and Destroy or Ad-Aware and run it.
