How can I fix the search functionality in KHelpcenter?

I get this error when trying to create an Index:

INDEXDIR: ~/.kde/share/apps/khelpcenter/index/
FINDCMD: find /usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/ -name index.docbook
Creating index for 'kde_application_manuals'
htdig failed

I think you need to instal htdig. I did this using the following

sudo apt-get install htdig
