[SOLVED] Large app icons in Taskbar

The upgrade to Plasma 5.21 was uneventful but my Panel is set to 40 pixels high and now the application icons in the Panel Icons Only Task Manager are huge! I just gave the Panel another 2 pixels and they're still huge! In the end I removed the Panel completely, added a new one and built it up how I like it but no difference.

Reduced the Panel height to 38 and things look OK again...

I checked another machine running Kubuntu 20.04 with exactly the same monitor and the Panel height was set to 38 pixels. Somehow the Panel on this machine grew 2 pixels during the 5.21 update!
