TDE available?
systemd is not for me. I am a retro Nintendo gamer. consoles I play on are, SNES; N64; GameCube and WII.

To clarify, Neon basically builds official KDE project software, plus Qt.
So, Plasma, Applications, Frameworks, and most (if not all) official KDE applications, so no third party things like an entirely different desktop.

Agreed.
Neon has exactly two things it focuses on
1) Plasma in various release states ( does that make any sense?)
2) The automated build systems they have created to provide the packaging and images.
