Neon update to Ubuntu 20.04 base?

Now that Ubuntu 20.04 LTS has been released, will there be a new version of Neon based on it? If so, how will one upgrade?

[edit] I just found out that a 20.04-based Neon won't happen until Kubuntu has reached its first point release, probably July or so.]

There will be eventually but there isn't yet. I got an ISO of the latest User Edition yesterday to check that, and it was still based on 18.04.
Of course, Plasma is at the level of 20.04, and Qt and frameworks even higher.
When they upgrade the base, you should get a prompt to upgrade.
