Windows decorators gone when using Wayland

Hi,

Is it normal that in some applications (gscan2pdf, Libreoffice) windows decorators (minimise, restore and close buttons) dissapear ?
So I can only close them via the menu instead of just clicking the close button in the upper right corner of the window.
Full KDE, firefox and Chromium applications are OK.
