Discover update button non-functional

yep, It is probably just part of the Neon thing but it IS the ...USER edition, so one would think that this would not have got been caught someplace. hmmm I wonder how many "new users" to Linux / Ubuntu / Neon thought hey that looks keeno and don't know about Synaptic which is NOT part of the stock applications... because if one cannot click da button then no amount of updates behind the log jam are going to get done.. hmm I'll give a few more days and nothing changes by updating with Synaptic, I'll post something at KDE.

I did an update yesterday using Synaptic.
There were new updates today and as of this instant the update button in Discover is working.
