    neon.list - 'deb-src' is not commented out

    /etc/apt/sources.list.d/neon.list has
    Code:
    deb http://archive.neon.kde.org/user bionic main
    deb-src http://archive.neon.kde.org/user bionic main
Mostly, lines with deb-src are commented out but in this case the line isn't commented out.

Unless you compile from source, you don't need any source (deb-src) repositories to be active. That said, maybe () Neon has a need to 'compile in the background' for some things? I'd be very surprised if that was the case!
Windows no longer obstructs my view.

I'm going to let it be as it is on my system just in case it's deliberate but in case it isn't someone with access to the Neon team could let them know

(They maybe busy dealing with any issues arising with the 16.04 > 18.04 upgrade.)

There is no need for it, it is either an oversight, or perhaps , more likley, they decided to keep sources enabled as Neon is a developer-focused project.

It is completely safe to disable, but also completely safe to leave on.
