[SOLVED] Discover - Missing Backends

The image below was taken after today's updates of KDE Neon 18.04 User Edition (but what I'm asking about may have been there even before today's updates).

The image has Missing Backends but also has Remove as an option for each entry.

I have no intention to mess with things but I'm just confused.

This is fixed in Plasma 5.14 AFAIK.
