    That's nothing.

If you use Manjaro you'll get a full system upgrade every 2 or 3 weeks with average amount of data around 600MB or sometimes more.
systemd is not for me. I am a retro Nintendo gamer. consoles I play on are, SNES; N64; GameCube and WII.

Manjaro is a KDE distro, IIRC, but KDE itself is NOT putting out that many updates that often, and Neon stays on the leading or bleeding edge of KDE, so most of Manjaro's updates have to be non DE stuff. Even the kernel doesn't update that often or that massively. So, what is Manjaro updating?

"Manjaro is a KDE distro" that implies that it only uses KDE or that KDE is the default desktop. It isn't. Manjaro has three official editions (XFCE, Gnome and KDE) and several community editions. As for what is it updating? Every package that is installed whereby an update is available will be updated.

            https://manjaro.org/category/update/ may offer some pointers.

Interesting. Updates ranging from 3 days apart to 3 weeks apart, with a variety of apps being updated. When I look at my muon history I see updates nearly every day, with some being 2 days apart. The updates range from being one or two apps to 398 apps, like on the 19th. So, all in all, they look pretty much the same.

PS- I didn't mean to imply that Manjaro was only KDE. The last I looked at it in 2012 it was offering KDE. Not being an Arch fan I didn't install it.

A stealth version upgrade? That would be neat if it were so. With Btrfs I could do a 3 minute downgrade if I did not like the upgrade!

Plasma Applications are 18.04. They use a similar versioning scheme to Ubuntu's

Only six out of 393 were 18.04
