KDE neon 24.04 upgrade testing is now open!

How do I see what level in terms of 24.04 or noble my current system is running. System info does not give that.

There is no "level". You are probably thinking of 24.04.1, or similar? That is just a designation for the regularly updated updated ISO image. Anyone updating regularly is already to that point, or rather beyond it. KDE neon starts with the 24.04.1 image. You won't really see the ".1" listed anywhere.
