Wifi enabled when pc wake up

Hi ,
I have installed last version of Kde Neon and when i wake up my laptop from standby the wifi reloading remain appended and i have to reboot.
use sytemctl restart NetworkManager wake up on cable network by cannot load wifi.
What can i do?

in rfkill list: give me message Hard blocked

"Hard blocked" usually means it's physically turned off. Is there a function key that turns Wifi on and off? There usually is. Toggle that and see if it comes on. There may be a setting in your BIOS that allows it to wake up after sleep.

I have a MSI Prestige laptop
I found an update for my UEFI/BIOS configuration, i updated the UEFI configuration, but there is not any settings about power and wifi, the only is wake up on LAN.
i have a dual boot with windows and i found i possible soluyion disabling a windows 11 energy settings i applied it but it doesn't work.
I have to change and pass to Legacy BIOS settings?
Any other idea?

That identification is too generic. What exact model of MSI Prestige do you have? What size is it? When did you purchase it?
