    [DESKTOP] Frozen "select OS screen

I installed Neon latest version, on my Dell laptop, used to run Vista, then Mint but after installing KDE Neon and I reboot when it gets to the “Chose OS” the screen is frozen…none of the keys get a response. I have installed it alongside Windows.
    Anything I can do?

Is it stuck or does it boot when the timeout occurs?

        Welcome.

So you are talking about the boot menu of your computer's firmware - not the GRUB boot menu?
