444 packages came down the pike this morning. Upgrade proceeded without problems.

I didn't have that many, but when I chose to restart after the upgrade finished, KDE neon hung and wouldn't finish. I eventually killed the VM (I run KDE neon in an Oracle VM), then waited a bit before relaunching. It loaded up without issue. That was the only niggle I experienced today.
Windows no longer obstructs my view.

Plasma 5.25 has a ton of little fixes and tweaks, I am still looking , on my breaks. Frameworks, which updates yesterday, has a bunch of little stuff as well.
I like the component choosers in the Global themes section, so far. To me. almost all global themes have something in them that sucks lemons, or I just want a part of one.
I also like the accent colors setting to base things from the user's wallpaper, though since I use two different ones, of of course uses the one I don't want it to use lol. (prob just have to set the other monitor as the Primary.)
No, it is just not 100% 'attached" to the screen edge, a reverse border if you will.
Ah, neat! I notice that a window can slide under the panel. This can be tricky if an active control is covered by the floating panel.
