After an update yesterday the "left mouse click on desktop" for something like changing activities is not working as it is not working in Kubuntu Don't Mess With Zesty Zohan.
This on KDE Neon Developers git-stable 5.10.0 ... fully updated as of this writing.
As I have mentioned elsewhere I keep many usb sticks, and old hard drives, around with previous versions of distros on them as "fall back in case of failure" and also just to compare things.
The SAME KDE Neon Developers git-stable 5.10.0 which was LAID ASIDE 6 days before the the date of this post ...prior to 4 June 2017...and NOT UPDATED has a fully functional left click for changing activities and right click for configuration.
( The reason for it being "laid aside" is that I decided to run the OS on a larger usb stick ).
This situation should probably be considered "a bug".
