[MULTI BOOT] Installing KDE neon over my current Kubunto install in a Windows 7 dual boot

I am currently running Kubunto along side Windows 7. Can I install neon over the partitions I have for Kubunto or do I need to start from scratch and repartition my drive? (When I went from Mint to kubunto, I didn't want to ask a stupid question so I deleted my Mint partitions and repartitioned my free space via Windows, then installed Kubunto.) This time I'm asking.

    Thanks in advance,

Yes, you can install over your existing Kubuntu partitions if you want to replace Kubuntu with KDE neon. In order to have a clean KDE neon install you will need to format your existing home partition also. Keeping the existing Kubuntu home partition can (likely) result in a less than satisfactory experience with KDE neon. If you have anything you want saved from Kubuntu; documents, pictures, videos and such; back them up first.
