Missing ServiceMenus

My neon install has no service menu location for my user!

In Kubuntu 16.04 the path is /home/<username>/.local/share/kservices5/ but this path does not exist in my neon install. I verified the location first:

kf5-config --path services
[FONT=monospace][COLOR=#000000]/home/stuart/.local/share/kservices5/:/usr/share/kservices5/[/COLOR]
[/FONT]

so I made the path and copied the service menu items into it. Now all my service menus are back. I love service menus, I write them often

Looks like a bug to be reported. Someone didn't complete Dolphin's configuration.

oshunluver does it bring back dropbox share options in dolphin?

Yeah, but I had to copy the service menus in from my other install. I also have about 8-10 or so that I've written myself over the years.
