Mirrors for Kubuntu Member's KDE 4 Personal Package Archive (PPA) repo

I am wondering if there are any mirrors for

Accessing this server is very slow for me, for Ubuntu archives, we have mirror around the world but I could not find any mirrors for the this PPA.

They are many software versions in this forum those who wish to download they just have the simpler way to do it. I think the forum members have separate mirrors in their list.
