Just had a very bad experience, mostly due to PEBKAC.
While working on a document in OO.o writer, I was deleting some text. Nothing was happening on screen so I kept my finger on backspace... Alas I had been distracted, my finger slipped and was on the Print Screen / sys rq key. I have used this many times for a shortcut to ksnapsot, but this time...
It started churning out instances of ksnapshot, lots and lots. Spend 15 minutes ssh'd in from another comp and issueing killall ksnapshot, only for another few hundred to spawn. Totally took over the system, ended up issuing a reboot.
So just in case it happens to you, do what I have just done, and turn off the launching of ksnapshot in Input Actions.
Would have been nice if it only launched one instance.
Thankfully OO.o recovered my document.
