I am a newbie to this so please excuse my lack of basic knowledge. I am trying to install an Orinoco silver wireless card into my 2001 g3 ibook, I am running the 6.06 Kubuntu package. I pulled the keyboard out and took the metal casing off the wireless card. The card easily plugged into antenna inside the ibook; however, when I boot the computer it doesn't recognize the wireless card has been added. I have re-booted several times and still nothing. Anyone have any ideas??
