telling Grub to use /3G switch when booting Windows

How do I tell Grub to boot Windows with the 3G switch? using Kubuntu 14.04 . I need it to play Train Simulator 2015 and The Sims 4 in Vista 32 bit. Anyone know if wine can do this?

Grub, as I recall it, doesn't actually boot windows, but passes it of to the windows bootloader, so you would have to set that up in wherever you'd tell Windows to do it, I'd guess.
