Citrix Receiver icaclient crashes on Kubuntu when opening desktop, but Ok for apps.

Symptoms:

- After you login to your Citrix gateway, you can start applications. (So your certificates are Ok). But when you start a dekstop, the window flash once and disappear.

Solution:
This is a problem with GTK fonts under KDE.

To fix this:
- Install the kde-config-gtk-style package.
- The in System Configuration -> Appearance There must be a new GTK panel.
- Under this GTK panel, change the GTK2 theme to something else than Oxygen. I choose Raleigh for instance.
