How much HD space do you have? You could mirror the repositories you need onto your HD or DVD drive and install from it using a network connection.

That's a LOT of software so you'd have to spend some time picking what you really needed and making sure you had all the dependencies.

Another approach would be to download/burn the latest 10.04 Alternate CD or the DVD. Both contain far more packages than the LiveCD. Then, as oshunluvr said, use it as a source repository in a PC that can be connected to/accessed by the other PCs.
