If you miss the old superkaramba widgets in KDE4, this howto may be for you (I know you can run superkaramba in KDE4, but why should you if you're already running a widget application...plasma)
1. Unlock widgets
2. Add widgets
3. Click 'Install new widgets'
4. Choose 'Install widget from local file'
5. Choose 'SuperKaramba: Karamba desktop theme'
6. click Next
7. Browse to the .skz (superkaramba zip) file you want to install
(if your theme isn't zipped into an .skz file, here are the instructions on how to create the .skz file:

8. click Finish
9. Your superkaramba widget will be available as a plasmoid in the add widget dialog (you may need to close and reopen the dialog)
