The guide is also available offline in Dapper Helpcenter (click 'Help' in K-menu)
It's part of the 'kubuntu-docs' documentation package.
Anyway, a very good guide for starting users and a nice reference for more advanced users.
It's written for Dapper, but most of it will work in Breezy as well.
